1. Coverage

BladGo provides a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

If your BladGo 2.0 fails to operate properly due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair the device or replace defective components free of charge.

Covered issues include:
  • Internal electronic component failure (e.g., mainboard, sensor module)
  • Abnormal performance of the probe or display screen
  • Functional failure under normal operating conditions
Note: This warranty applies only to issues caused by manufacturing defects, not to damage resulting from misuse or external factors.

2. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following situations. Service or repair for these conditions may incur charges:
  • Accidental or physical damage, such as drops, impacts, liquid intrusion, or misuse.

  • Unauthorized repair or modification, including self-disassembly or service by non-authorized personnel.

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, surface discoloration, or material aging.

  • External causes, such as fire, flood, lightning, power surge, or transport damage.

  • Use of non-original accessories, consumables, or components not manufactured or approved by BladGo.

  • Improper environmental conditions, including temperature, humidity, or voltage outside the recommended range.

  • Resale or rental use — this warranty applies only to the original purchaser.

3. Troubleshooting

Before a warranty claim can be processed, you may be asked to complete basic troubleshooting steps as directed by our technical support team.
These steps help us identify whether the issue is device-related or caused by improper operation.

Typical troubleshooting steps include:
  • Checking whether the device is properly connected to power or fully charged

  • Ensuring the probe surface is clean and in proper contact with the skin

  • Restarting the device and observing the display behavior

  • Recording and sending a short video of the issue or error display to help our engineers identify the cause

Please cooperate with these steps so our team can assess the issue more efficiently.

4. Warranty Service Process

  • Submit a Warranty Request

    • Include your proof of purchase, device serial number, a brief description of the issue, and a video showing the problem

  • Evaluation

  • Repair or Replacement

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Warranty coverage is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable

  • Keep your proof of purchase and product packaging for verification

  • If the returned device is found to have no manufacturing defect, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs

  • Ensure the device is securely packaged to prevent damage during transport
