During the first 14 days after receiving your order, if you are not 100% satisfied with our service, feel free to return your device to us for a refund or an exchange.

After this 14-day period, purchased scanners cannot be returned. Only the purchase on bladgo.com can be returned to us. 

Any item damaged due to reasons that are not included in the warranty cannot be qualified for a refund. 

1. The original packaging of the product must remain intact;
2. No scratches on the equipment;
3. The product accessories are not damaged;
4. The accessories inside the box are present.
5.Within 14 days of receiving the equipment.

1.Please submit a return request to us at info@bladgo.com (Please attach a photo of the goods to us in email,We must confirm the status of the goods .)and we will send you the return address.

2.We will give you a response within 12 hours during business days, we will give you a response within 72 hours if weekends.

3. All goods (including all parts and attachments) must be returned to us via express delivery,Ship the product to the address we provide. Once the equipment has been shipped, please send us the tracking number.

4.Once we receive your returned equipment and confirm that it is in good condition, we will refund you 100% of the purchase price, and the refund should appear in your original payment account within 1-8 business days.

Warm Tips : If you return a device with scratches, missing accessories, or other conditions that affect re-sale, we will charge a restocking fee of 10-20% of the purchase price, depending on the circumstances.

We are dedicated to making our customers satisfied, and we encourage you to contact us if the product you have purchased does not meet your demands.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at info@bladgo.com. You can request a full refund, or we will send you the correct product.

For non-quality returns and rejections, you will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

For returns of products with quality issues, we will pay return shipping costs.
