Yes. BladGo accepts purchase orders from universities, schools, government agencies, healthcare facilities, and other qualified organizations.
Purchase orders can be emailed to info@bladgo.com. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.
To avoid delays, purchase orders should be signed and include the following information:

Coverage depends on your specific insurance plan and insurance provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company directly before purchasing to confirm whether BladGo 2.0 may be eligible for reimbursement.
We are not able to submit insurance claims or bill insurance directly on behalf of customers. After purchase, we can provide the invoice and product information to support your insurance submission.
Some of our customers have successfully used HCPCS Code: E1399 — Miscellaneous Durable Medical Equipment for reimbursement purposes. You may ask your insurance provider whether E1399 is acceptable for this device and what documents they require.

Wir haben unseren Scanner jetzt seit ein paar Monaten. Heute haben wir ihn in die Praxis meines Urologen gebracht, um zu sehen, ob die Messwerte unseres Scanners mit denen ihres Scanners, der auch in unserem örtlichen Krankenhaus verwendet wird, vergleichbar sind. Deren Scanner zeigte an, dass ich 52 ml in meiner Blase hatte, während der BladGo 2.0 50 registrierte. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt. Offensichtlich findet der Scanner des Urologen den Urin in der Blase anders, aber die Ergebnisse sind ziemlich ähnlich.
